On your course you will learn about human anatomy and physiology from our experienced tutors who have a ton of working knowledge within the industry, providing you with a foundational knowledge to build upon. Then, you will learn how to plan and deliver gym programmes, as well as how to conduct client consultations. At the end of this course, you will be ready to begin a new career as a Gym Instructor!

This is assessed by the course tutor through workbooks and practical assessments. Learners must be at least 16 years old, but no prior knowledge is needed.
